Over the years the race has played host to some of the world's greatest athletes and raised millions of pounds for hundreds of charities and good causes through the efforts of runners from all walks of life raising sponsorship to run the race. In 2009 our team of runners raised nearly £20,000 to help families affected by Rett syndrome – help us to beat that total in 2010.

The race route is undoubtedly the most historic and sporting 10K route in the UK, running through the heart of historic London, passing many of London's world famous and iconic sights before finishing on Whitehall, just past the entrance of 10 Downing Street.
